Die Behandlung krebskranker Menschen zu organisieren, ist ein komplexer Vorgang, da sie vielf\u00e4ltige, fachspezifische Leistungen an verschiedenen Spitalstandorten notwendig macht. F\u00fcr jurassische Patientinnen und Patienten sind Termine im H-JU, dem kantonalen Kompetenzzentrum f\u00fcr Onkologie in Del\u00e9mont, erforderlich sowie Eingriffe oder Therapien im HJU oder im USB. Hinzu kommt eine Medikation, die sich im Laufe der Zeit \u00e4ndern kann.<\/p>\n<p>Die Patientinnen und Patienten und ihre Angeh\u00f6rigen m\u00fcssen sich mit vielen Informationen auseinandersetzen und den \u00dcberblick behalten. Es ist diese komplexe Patientenreise, die bei der Entwicklung einer patientenorientierten App f\u00fcr Mobiltelefone im Mittelpunkt steht. Die App soll folgende M\u00f6glichkeiten bieten:<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; Anzeigen von Terminen und Erinnerung an die Termine<br \/>\n&#8211; Teilen des Terminkalenders mit den Angeh\u00f6rigen<br \/>\n&#8211; Eintr\u00e4ge und Benachrichtigungen zu \u00e4rztlich verschriebenen Medikamenten und Behandlungen<br \/>\n&#8211; Auflistung von Informationen zur Erkrankung<\/p>\n<p>Sicherheit und Schutz der Daten m\u00fcssen garantiert sein, ohne dass der Zugang zu den Informationen erschwert wird, und die App darf die Arbeitsbelastung des medizinischen Personals nicht erh\u00f6hen.<\/p>\n<p>F\u00fcr Patientinnen und Patienten wie auch f\u00fcr die \u00c4rztinnen und \u00c4rzte des H-JU und des USB ist dies ein bedeutender Fortschritt, denn es wird m\u00f6glich sein, jeder auf diese Weise betreuten Person individuelle Informationen zukommen zu lassen und schneller zu reagieren. Insbesondere werden die Patientinnen und Patienten entlastet, da sie sich einfacher organisieren k\u00f6nnen und Informationen konstant aktualisiert werden.<\/p>\n<p>Basel Area Business &amp; Innovation hat das Projekt initiiert und ist nun auch f\u00fcr die Koordination verantwortlich. Seit September ist am Standort Jura des Switzerland Innovation Park Basel Area in Courroux ein Team von Entwicklerinnen, Software-Ergonomen und Studierenden der HE-Arc Ing\u00e9nierie im Einsatz. Am H-JU wurden bereits Gespr\u00e4che gef\u00fchrt und Analysen gemacht, um den Bed\u00fcrfnissen der zuk\u00fcnftigen Benutzerinnen und Benutzer der App Rechnung zu tragen. Bis Ende des Jahres wird eine erste Testphase anlaufen.<\/p>\n<p>Ein jurassisches Startup oder Unternehmen wird in der Folge ein Vermarktungskonzept entwickeln. Dies ist eine Voraussetzung f\u00fcr die Finanzierung des Projektes im Rahmen des Bundesgesetzes \u00fcber Regionalpolitik. Um die Nachhaltigkeit des Produktes zu gew\u00e4hrleisten, sollen auch andere Spit\u00e4ler und Praxen von der App profitieren k\u00f6nnen. Damit wird ein Mehrwert f\u00fcr die Region geschaffen.
